Calling All Modern-Day Mary Poppins!

A fun, energetic, patient Nanny is needed for two children 2.5 and 5months old on a property just 20mins west of Charters Towers, this family would love someone who could come in and confidently help with both children, get creative with miss 2.5 and help mum around the house with some domestic duties, cooking and meal prep.

This family loves being outside together, are fun loving and would love someone who could join their fun little tribe and help keep things running smoothly with Mum. For this role you will be someone who is mature minded, initiative driven and have past experience with these two age groups, you will be energetic and confident and be able to help foster both children’s development through age appropriate activities. You won’t mind helping with domestic duties and must be confident around animals.

This role will see you working from 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, but some flexibility might be needed around these hours. Own accommodation and meals/food is supplied on top of a negotiable $25-$30 hourly rate. This position is a Live-in (own accommodation on property) position, however being so close to Charters Towers and Townsville, it may suit someone local.

You will be required from time to time to drive with the kids, but you will have use of the family car for this, you must be confident on Rural roads and have your own vehicle for personal use.

You will need your
Blue card working with children’s check
National police check
Experience working with these age groups (qualifications highly regarded)
Full driver’s license
Senior and infants First Aid/CPR
Own ABN and Nanny insurance
