We’re a fast-growing consultancy in Yeppoon looking for a Cadet Draftsperson to dive into civil, structural, and project management work from day one.

👷‍♀️ What You’ll Be Doing

Drafting and documenting civil and structural engineering projects.
Supporting engineers with technical tasks and project coordination.
Learning the ropes of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit & more.
Attending site visits and client meetings.
Learning on the job with full training provided in other tools and systems

🎓 Who We’re Looking For

A recent school leaver or studying a Batchelor of Technology or Associate diploma in Civil Engineering, early-career candidate with a passion for design and engineering
Someone eager to grow in a professional, team-oriented setting
Detail-driven, curious, and ready to learn
Comfortable with CAD tools (or keen to master them)
