HVAC Business Manager Commercial (BDM/ Account Manager) – QLD – Wide Bay Area

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Arrange and conduct meetings with customers on a regular basis
Attend to any customer account queries in a timely manner
Use CRM to capture account attributes, meeting planning and recording and all quotation management
Providing customers a 1st class service
Create and maintain a sales call plan
Effectively plan, manage and maintain a portfolio for a range of stakeholders
Create and implement forecast sales portfolios
Arranging and conducting regular and relevant training related to the organisation and products/solutions
Recommend solutions to meet the needs of each customer
Arranging and conducting formal business reviews and presentations
Attend functions, events and activities when required
Skills & Experience:
Experienced in sales – BDM, account management or a similar role is essential
Previous experience within the home builder/air conditioning/electronics or refrigeration industry is a must
Tertiary Qualifications in air conditioning/refrigeration or Mechanical / Electrical engineering desirable
Strong customer focus is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solid time management and organisations skills
Professional yet personable approach
Willingness and confidence to present training and product information sessions to a large audience
Able and Interested in building relationships with customers, team members and with members within the extended business
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly self- motivated, eager and result- driven
Advanced organisational skills including the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency
Current drivers licence essential
