Position: Leading Farm Hand (Cavendish Banana)

Location: Innisfail, QLD

We are looking for an awesome Leading Hand for our family run farm.

Salary: Fulltime salaried position, $35 – $45 per hour + superannuation.

Job Summary: Leading Farm Hand will oversee daily operations on our banana farm, ensuring optimal growth and harvest of banana crops. This role requires strong leadership skills, autonomy, problem solving skills agricultural knowledge, physical stamina and a commitment to sustainable farming practices.

The position is flexible and negotiable hours, does include some weekend work – but everything is negotiable.
