Job Summary: The Leading Farm Hand will oversee daily operations on our banana farm, ensuring optimal growth and harvest of banana crops. This role requires strong leadership skills, autonomy, problem solving skills agricultural knowledge, physical stamina and a commitment to sustainable farming practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with farm management to implement effective cultivation strategies and supervise a team of farm hands (up to 6 hands) and improve and grow the business.
